At Miss United Southern States, we are committed to providing a well-organized and professional event. In order to ensure fairness and proper planning, we have established the following refund policy.

All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By submitting payment, you are securing your contestant’s place in the pageant and acknowledging the costs associated with planning and production of the event.

All optional competition fees are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-transferable

Optional competitions require advance scheduling and preparation; therefore, refunds cannot be issued once payment is received.

In the unlikely event that the pageant must be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen events):

• Entries will be transferred to the new event date

• If a contestant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund of entry fees will be granted upon request

If a contestant chooses to withdraw for any reason, including:

• Schedule conflicts

• Illness

• Personal reasons

All fees will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
