The Miss United Southern States Pageant is designed to provide a high-quality pageant experience while keeping participation simple and accessible for families.

Entry fees help cover the cost of producing the event, including venue expenses, stage production, crowns, custom sashes, awards, prizes, and event materials. Our goal is to create a national-level experience while maintaining the welcoming feel of a hometown pageant.

Each contestant entering a state pageant will submit the official entry fee for their division. This fee allows the contestant to compete for a state title and the opportunity to advance to the National Pageant.

Entry fees may vary slightly by state depending on venue and production costs. Once your entry form has been submitted, you will receive an invoice for your entry fee.

For your convenience, payments may be made through several platforms, including:

• Venmo

• PayPal

• Credit or Debit Card

• Other digital payment platforms when available

Payment instructions and deadlines will be included with your invoice.

In areas where a state pageant is not yet available, the Miss United Southern States Pageant may sponsor smaller local pageants to allow contestants in those areas to qualify for Nationals.

These sponsored events help ensure that contestants still have the opportunity to compete and represent their state, even if a full state pageant has not yet been established.

The National Entry Fee is $495.

This fee helps support the production of the national event, including stage production, venue costs, national awards, and official pageant materials.

Program advertisements help support the production of the national event and allow us to provide a beautiful printed program for contestants, families, and guests.

Additional advertisement pages may also be purchased for contestants who would like to include multiple sponsors or messages.

Optional competitions provide contestants with additional opportunities to win awards and recognition.

Participation in optional competitions is completely voluntary. Contestants may choose to enter as many or as few optional events as they wish.

Details about optional competitions and their entry fees will be provided prior to the pageant.

Winning a title in the Miss United Southern States Pageant does not require a long-term commitment to the system.

Titleholders are welcome to compete in other pageant systems whenever they wish. Our goal is to create a supportive and enjoyable experience where contestants can grow in confidence while celebrating their individuality.
