Our National Pageant weekend is designed to be organized, easy to follow, and enjoyable for all contestants and families.

We’ve structured the weekend into two clear parts:

• Saturday: Optional Competitions & Activities

• Sunday: Main Pageant & Crowning

This allows contestants to fully enjoy each part of the experience without long or stressful days.

A detailed schedule with exact times will be released prior to the event.

Optional competitions will be scheduled in organized time blocks by age division to keep the day running smoothly.

Following dinner, all contestants are invited to participate in our fun, all-ages trick-or-treat experience!

• Open to all contestants and families

• Costumes are encouraged but not required

• A festive and interactive way to connect with other contestants

Table Decorating Participation

Families are invited to join in the fun!

• Parents may set up a card-sized table display in the foyer

• Bring candy, small treats, or goodies to share

• Get creative—this is a great way to showcase personality and have fun!

This interactive experience is always a favorite and adds a unique, family-friendly touch to the national weekend.

Sunday is the main event where contestants take the stage for the official National Pageant.

Morning – Breakfast & Optional Church Service

  A casual time for contestants and families to start the day together

• Optional Church Service
  A short, uplifting, family-friendly service for those who wish to attend

Divisions will compete in scheduled sessions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Competition Includes:

• Opening #

• Beauty / Evening Gown 

• Held immediately following each division session

• Grade-Level, Division, and Overall Titles awarded

• A high-energy and memorable experience for all contestants

• Optional competitions are completely optional and do not affect required competition

• Contestants only need to attend events they choose to participate in, along with their scheduled main competition time

• The schedule is designed to minimize wait times and keep the weekend enjoyable
