The Ms. divisions of the Miss United Southern States Pageant celebrate confidence, beauty, and life experience. These divisions are designed for women who want to enjoy pageantry in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment while competing for the Ms. United Southern States titles.

• 20s: Married, Single, Divorced, with or without children.

• 30s:  Married, Single, Divorced, with or without children.

• 40+:  Married, Single, Divorced, with or without children.

• Classic:  Dress sizes 14 and up may prefer to compete in a group specifically created for them.  Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, and this division is simply offered to help contestants feel comfortable and confident on stage.
   

Four crowns and titles will be awarded in these divisions along with one overall title of Ms. United Southern States. 

A contestant’s official competition age is determined by their age as of January 1 of the competition year. Contestants should not meet the requirements for our Miss Division.  

• Hair, makeup, and styling are completely the contestant’s choice.

• Contestants will present themselves in a dress or gown that reflects their personal style and makes them feel confident and beautiful on stage.

• While styling freedom is encouraged, the Miss United Southern States Pageant is a family-friendly, PG-rated system. Contestants should keep this in mind when selecting wardrobe and presentation.

• Pageant gowns are welcome.

• We do not recommend plunging necklines or extremely high slits.

• There is no required walking pattern. Contestants are free to model naturally on stage.

• Contestants are welcome to compete in other pageant systems at any time.

• Our goal is to create a positive, enjoyable pageant experience where every contestant can feel confident and celebrated.
