We are proud to offer divisions that celebrate each contestant’s age, stage, and personality in a fun, supportive, and family-friendly environment.

Our structure ensures fair placement while allowing every contestant the opportunity to shine and compete with children their own age.​

• Beautiful Baby divisions are based on the contestant’s age as of January 1, 2026

• School-age divisions are based on the contestant’s grade level for the Fall 2026 school year

Our Beautiful Baby divisions are designed to be simple, fun, and stress-free—focusing on natural beauty and personality.

• Wee Baby Miss (Under 1 Year)

  • Born January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

• Toddler Miss (12–23 Months)

  • Born January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024

• Preschool Miss (Ages 2–3)

  • Born September 2, 2022 – December 31, 2023 **

Important Baby Division Note

• Contestants who are 4 years old by September 1, 2026 (Pre-K eligible) must compete in the Jr. Princess division, even if they fall within the Preschool age range above.

A total of FOUR Grade-Level Queens will be crowned, along with two Overall Queens selected from the highest scoring contestants.

In the unlikely event that the pageant must be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen events):

• Entries will be transferred to the new event date

• If a contestant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund of entry fees will be granted upon request

If a contestant chooses to withdraw for any reason, including:

• Schedule conflicts

• Illness

• Personal reasons

All fees will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
