We are so excited you are considering joining us for the 2026 Alabama State Pageant!
Below you will find everything you need to know before completing your registration.

At Miss United Southern States, our goal is to create a simple, stress-free, and BEYOUTIFUL experience for every contestant and family.

Early Bird Special:
Enter between now and April 15, 2026 for just $125.

On April 16, 2026 the entry fee goes back to the standard fee of $175. 

What’s Included:

• State Pageant Entry

• All required competitions

• Most side competitions

• Eligibility for state titles and awards

Not Included:

• Talent (optional)

• Photogenic (optional)

Once your invoice is received, you may pay using:

• Venmo

• PayPal

• Other available payment options

Your registration is considered official once payment is received.

• Early Bird Deadline: April 15, 2026

• Absolute Final Deadline:  May 5, 2026

• Due to the custom nature of our awards, late entries will not be accepted.  We encourage contestants to enter early.  The invoice is not due in full until May 5, 2026.  

Beautiful Baby contestants will compete based on their age as of January 1, 2026.

All school-age divisions will be determined by the contestant’s grade level for the Fall 2026 school year.

Important: Full age division information is available on the Age Categories page of the website. Please review these details carefully, as there is some overlap between the Beautiful Baby and school-age (Pre-K) divisions. Please be sure you register for the correct division.  

Optional competitions may be entered for an additional fee:

• Talent ($30) 

• Photogenic ($25)

• Portfolio ($25)

• Model America (recommended for Jr. Teen and up) (no cost)

While optional, these are a fun way to gain extra experience and awards. These optional competitions also support our Scholarship Program for our Junior Miss & Miss Queens.
